What's It All About?
Bring your shovels and pails (and pals!) to join us for this Tenth Annual Sandfest sand sculpting event. Whether you are a traditional castle-builder, or prefer to unleash your talents on mermaids, alligators, whales and the like, the more fantastical the better! This year's theme is "Canada in Sand from Sea to Sea to Sea".
There will be thirteen stations marked by the flags of the ten provinces and three territories, and participants are encouraged to join together at each station to create any symbol that represents that particular area of Canada.
Please join us at this popular family event. Who knows, Canada's next budding sculptor might be found here honing their skills in this fun and forgiving medium!
Please check our Facebook Page the day before in case of weather postponement.
